- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
⏱️ Delivery Time
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Remote areas may take slightly longer due to courier reach.
💵 Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- Orders below ₹999 may attract a standard shipping fee (displayed during checkout).
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email or phone via SMS/WhatsApp.
🔄 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
✅ Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- A return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

- Gift sets once unsealed
- Customized or promotional items (free samples/gifts)
🔁 Exchange Policy
In case of receiving the wrong or damaged product, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Please provide unboxing video and photos within 48 hours of delivery.
